With our service contracts, you will receive:

  • A yearly tune-up and efficiency overhaul of all vital operating parts
  • No charge for covered repairs (see list below)
  • 15% discount on uncovered repairs
  • 15% discount on purchase of accessories, such as humidifiers, air cleaners, and energy saving thermostats

Annual Tune-Up

  1. Clean the interior heat exchanger, flue pipe and chimney base once during the contract period (if accessible).
  2. Inspect combustion chamber.
  3. Check fan, housing and end cone
  4. Clean and check electrodes and nozzle assembly.
  5. Check ignition cable.
  6. Seal combustion tube, if necessary.
  7. Seal clean-out doors.
  8. Oil all motors on burners, fans, and circulators.
  9. Check draft stabilizer and adjust for proper draft.
  10. Seal chimney base.
  11. Safety check all operating controls.
  12. Make final complete cycle of operation.
  13. Install parts necessary for preventive maintenance.
  14. Take a complete efficiency test of the combustion process.
  15. Make necessary recommendations to customer.
