I’m thinking about signing up for the automatic delivery plan for heating oil. How do you know when I need more fuel?

When you sign up for our free automatic delivery service, you never have to call for fuel because we know when to schedule your delivery. We use a degree-day system, which measures cold weather over time and tells us when you need more fuel.

How long does it take to get an estimate on heating or cooling systems?

We can give you an estimate the same day. We will speak with you at your home or business.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by cash, check, EFT, or credit card (Visa and Master Card).

How does a furnace work?

Heat is generated by burning fuel inside the furnace, in the combustion chamber. The heat is absorbed in the air, and blowers send the heated air through a system of ducts, circulating warm air throughout the house.

Should heating oil smell?

If your heating system is working properly, you should not smell oil. So if you do smell oil, something is wrong with your system. You might have a leak, combustion or burner troubles. Call us, and we’ll come and fix the problem. If you smell oil from your furnace, call us immediately. A faulty furnace could be releasing dangerous carbon monoxide gas in your house.

Do you offer service plans?

Yes. We offer service plans for all of our heating and air conditioning systems. For more information, visit our Service Plans page.

Is annual maintenance necessary?

Definitely! Heating and air conditioning systems are constantly running, and could start to lose efficiency. Regular maintenance will keep your system running perfectly, and will allow us to spot and fix anything that might later become a problem. Maintenance can help extend the life of your heating and cooling systems, and save you money.
